The EMD GP38-2 is a four-axle diesel locomotive built by EMD, it is an upgraded version of the GP38, the prime mover is EMD 16-645E. Many purchasers include Boston and Maine Railroad, Conrail, Chicago & North Western Railway, Grand Trunk Western, Florida East Coast, Southern, Canadian Pacific, Canadian National, BNSF, BN, Union Pacific, Penn Central, SOO Line and Norfolk Southern where NS had many EX-SOU and EX-CR.
The Norfolk Southern railroad had many GP38-2s with an AC unit, as some are from Southern Railway and Conrail, both as fallen flags. Most have the horsehead logo and some of the GP38-2s were rebuilt from GP38 and GP38AC units. These units had ditch lights that flash when the horn blows.
If Dovetail Games were to create this, it would have 1 in NS horsehead, and in the original NS logo. The rolling stocks could be a Maxi-IV Wellcar TTX, which is the wellcars used in the United States with 53ft containers which is a 3-unit articulated wellcar, a NS hopper, and a NS boxcar. However, it would have ditch lights that flash, cab lights, and wouldn't have a game over error like Player train derailed.

The scenarios could be for the Norfolk Southern Coal District. It would be a good add on for the NS GP38-2 we have in TS2015. However, some of the GP38-2s had Admiral Cabs, 5053 and 5054 had low short hoods, the marketplace add ons would be Conrail with NS patch, Conrail, Penn Central and NS Operation Lifesaver.

I hope these locomotives would appear in the game, I hope this would come soon.
