There are many locomotives we would love to see in TS but I think we should have more Southern locomotives since we barely have any. There are a few freeware ones but I'm sure there are more out there, we have nearly next to none of the pre-grouping locomotives and I think more should be added into pre-grouping loco packs, some examples are:
SECR Loco pack which could include: the P Class, O1 Class, C Class, H Class and maybe a SECR Crane tank
LBSCR Loco pack which could include: the Terrier, The E2, The E4, The H1 & H2 Atlantics and the RJ Billinton C2 / Marsh C2x 0-6-0
Finally (for now at least) the LSWR locomotive pack could include The Bettie Well tank, 700 Class, T9 and maybe a G6
